Everything Will Be Ok by Don Hertzfeldt.  This is a short animated movie that is incredibly artful, insightful, funny, intelligent, and creative.  Don Hertzfeldt’s style of animation and delivery of message is phenomenal.

Yes.  The full Civil War on Drugs by Whitest Kids U Know.  Hilarious and insightful.  The conversation with President Lincoln at the end is probably the most genius and revealing thing I’ve seen regarding the insane nature of the war against Marijuana.  Roll a few up, and enjoy this short movie by some of the funniest and most truthful people allowed on television today.
